Deposits and Payments

Deposits and payments made through just giving are considered donations and thus cannot be refunded.  BACS payments can be refunded but only before the trip is confirmed.  If the trip confirmation date has passed then the only way a refund may be possible if a waiting list is in place or another participant can be found willing to take your place.

Cancellations and Refunds

If a trip is cancelled at last minute we will endavour to refund all recoverable monies to you.  There may be small ammounts of VAT and third party supplier charges that we are not able to recover.
 

Right of Refusal

Education Africa reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone for appropriate reasons or to remove participants for violations of the travel agreement.

Medical

You are advised to ensure that your travel insurance will cover you in South Africa.  The team can cope will first aid and mild illness, but in the event of serious injury requiring medical treatment medical insurance will be required.
